  • Minority Business Development Agency: This agency is dedicated to empowering minority business enterprises for the purpose of wealth creation. MBDA develops programs in the areas of finance, marketing, education and technology. MBDA provides the technical assistance to give minority businesses the tools to become suppliers to the federal government.
