Is my not-for-profit organization eligible for LDC assistance?
The LDC was created to help not-for-profit organizations finance or re-finance the construction and improvement of facilities, refinance and consolidate their current debt, and retain and increase jobs in Westchester County. Not-for-profit organizations or projects meeting the following conditions are eligible:
- Existing Westchester County not-for-profit entities and those relocating to Westchester County, or those being newly created that need to construct, expand or modernize their facilities, or add new employees.
- Construction projects involving the building of affordable, rentable residential space.
- Health facility developers or operators.
