The county's Bureau of Purchase and Supplies (BPS) is responsible for purchasing all equipment and supplies required by Westchester County departments and posts quotes and bids to the Empire State Purchasing Group bid notification system, managed by BidNet.

BPS does not post Sole Source items or items that NYS Preferred Sources (Corcraft, Industries for the Disabled and Industries for the Blind) can provide.
